Tezpur University invites M.Tech. Application 2021-22 (GATE/non-GATE)

Tezpur University is a Central University located in the city of Tezpur in the north eastern state of Assam. TU has started the B.Tech., M.Tech. and Ph.D. Admission process in various disciplines under the School of Engineering. Here the discussion will be kept limited to the Admission into M.Tech. in Department of Computer Science and Engineering.

Important Dates

Last date for Submission of Online Application is August 10, 2021. Here is the link to the Online Application Portal. Application fee is INR 800.

Categories & Selection Procedure

Candidates can apply under Two categories,

  • GATE : Candidates who are having valid GATE Score in CS will be directly admitted to the program based on Merit against the seats earmarked for GATE qualified applicants.
  • Non-GATE : Candidates who are not having valid GATE Score can apply under this category. The candidates under this category have to appear for a Personal Interview. Merit list will be prepared based on Performance in Personal Interview, UG Marks, Other performances such as Research Publications, 10th and 12th Marks.

National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT-W) is one of the 31 NITs located across India. It was founded in 1959 as Regional Engineering College (REC) Warangal, one of the 15 RECs in the country.
