NIT Warangal invites M.Tech. CSE Application (Self-Sponsored)

National Institute of Technology Warangal (NIT-W) is one of the 31 NITs located across India. It was founded in 1959 as Regional Engineering College (REC) Warangal, one of the 15 RECs in the country. Later in 2002, this was also renamed as NIT-W, which made this to become the first REC to be converted into NIT. At that time, it was given a status of Deemed University. Later in 2007, NIT-W was recognised as an Institute of National Importance (INI).

M.Tech. CSE (Self-Sponsored)

This program is offered by Department of Computer Science and Engineering, NIT-W. This is a Specialization program in Computer Science and Information Security, which is offered under Self-Sponsored admission category. Students are admitted on a Full-time basis. You can find the details here.

Eligibilty

  • Candidates must have B.E./B.Tech. or an equivalent degree in Computer Science and Engineering.
  • Candidates must have obtained atleast 60% or 6.5 CGPA in his/her Undergraduate degree.

Application and Selection procedure highlights

  • All candidates have to apply Online by paying an Registration fee of INR 1600. Find the link to the application portal in the Information Brochure as well as here.

  • All the necessary documents have to be uploaded while filling up the Application on the portal.
  • Selection will be done on the basis of a Written Test/Interview conducted by NIT-W.
